This year the annual Torrevieja May Fair is as bright and colourful as ever.

Women looking amazing in their beautiful Sevillanas dresses, the men looking handsome in their Black Sombreros and tailored suits.. This is obviously something special for all the participants. But what really excites the crowds of visitors who come from all over Spain and further afield is the wonderful show of horses prepared to look their best, with braided manes and well groomed coats, being ridden by expert horsemen or pulling beautifully ornate carriages.

The area around the port becomes home to the Sevillanas May Fair each year and there is a central area for horse displays and exhibitions, surrounded by tapas bars, each with a small and very busy dance floor, where experts and amateurs alike show that the beautiful dresses and tight fitting suits are not just for show..
