There is now a sales office, a builder’s technical office and a tile selection room all in one building. From here our main activity of estate agency work is coordinated, bringing a great choice of new and used properties to the local and international markets, as well as providing technical and practical support to our site offices on our new build projects.

The address of this new office is Avenida Federico Garcia Lorca 51,b1, Benijofar, which is half way down the main street on the right if you are heading towards the church square. We love this office, it’s a great little town to be part of and we look forward to welcoming our clients in comfort from now on.

These offices are perfectly placed to offer support to our site office on our new project “Benijofar Villas”, which is situated in the new urbanisation area of the town and just 10 minute’s walk away. Because these and other villas built by Prohome Spain offer lots of choice and personalisation to clients, we thought it very important to include an area where clients can see examples and choose from a great selection of tiles and flooring and get “hands on” with some of the finishing materials. One of the new offices are currently being prepared for this very purpose and will feature materials from a careful selection of local suppliers, especially chosen to represent a cross-section of styles and qualities.

The builder’s technical office is also in the building, where our resident architect consults with clients and our advisers to design and create their new home from the ground up. This enables our clients to have the house they dream of, without compromise and, with the input of our experienced advisers, each house has an individuality which makes it stand out from the crowd. We also undertake reform and home improvement work, maintaining the same high standards and levels of choice for those clients and supplying technical advice and assistance throughout the work, ensuring that any changes are made correctly and safely.
